“Graham built my house in Annandale in 20013. The building was a run-down two story terrace, built in 1886, that had significant structural challenges. Graham and his team executed a structurally complicated build in a tight working area, which involved adding a third story, demolishing and rebuilding the back half of the structure, creating an atrium and tying the whole building together. the end result was a perfect living space. The front of the house was restored with many of its original features, and the back half was a modern steel, glass and concrete structure that maximised light and airflow.
Graham completed the house on time and on budget, which was an outstanding effort given its complexity. He and his team were extremely professional and easy to deal with. In my opinion that standard of finish was outstanding.
With my expanding family, with some regret, we left the terrace in 2012. the house we purchased was quite different – a rambling one story house in Marrickville. That house required some renovation work at the time we moved in. We again used Graham, and again, his standard of finish was excellent, and the work was done on time and on budget.
I cannot recommend Graham highly enough.”
