“Graham organised and managed the refurbishment of the toilets and kitchen in the basement College’s heritage listed building in Surry Hills. The toilets were done first, followed a couple of weeks later by the kitchen, to fit in with prior commitments. Both jobs were completed just within the estimated time and at close to expected cost, and the work arranged to minimise disruption to normal activities. All of the many trades people used were highly skilled and cooperative, and the end result is very satisfactory. Graham is to be commended for his management efforts.”
